With NOVU, you get a team of professionals with the experience to get your website done right the first time, plus the technical support to help you grow for the long haul.

Think of us as having your own web team. We'll handle the website, you just focus on building your brand.

NOVU is designed for any business, big or small, to have a premium quality website. The subscription model helps us do that. Instead of having to pay between $3,000 - $10,000+ for a top-tier website all upfront, NOVU gives you everything you need - custom design, complete development, hosting, support, backups, security, etc... - for a small monthly fee.

All plans are 100% free for the first 30 days.

We believe in our work and want every business owner to absolutely love the website we build for them. That's why we charge absolutely nothing when you start your plan. The first month is usually more than enough time to get your website up and running.

Please be respectful of our time and avoid dragging on a project longer than it needs to be. We do not offer extensions on the free trial.

We'll host your website on lightning-fast web servers, provide software, platform and security updates on an ongoing basis, and handle things like uploading blog posts, creating/editing products and making content changes for you.

Think of it like this - if it concerns the website, we'll handle it! It is completely hands-off for you, so you can focus on growing your brand. All we ask is that you are reasonable with what you request.

Our plans include basic copywriting. However, you are more than welcome to bring on your own copywriter, if you prefer.

There are really no limits on our hosting. One of our commitments is to never stifle your growth. Whether you're getting 100 visits or 100,000 a month, you will never pay extra for going over any hosting limits - because there are none.

We host every website on dedicated Virtual Private Servers (VPS's) that we custom build and manage for maximum speed and security. Our VPS's come with huge monthly bandwidth limits, typically in the multi-terabytes. What this means for you is that we are able to offer you virtually uncapped hosting at no extra charge, no matter how much traffic you get.

NOVU will never hold you hostage with a contract. If you are unhappy with our service at any time you can cancel, no hard feelings whatsoever.

There is, however, a minimum term of 1 year to retain ownership of the website. Upon fulfilment of your minimum term you may transfer the website to your own hosting, or you may renew with us. You are entitled to a complimentary website "refresh" if you renew another 2 years with us.

"No additional fees per transaction (pay only your card processor's fees)" means that unlike other E-Commerce platforms, we will not charge you any additional fees for each transaction. You will only pay your card processor's fees*, nothing more. (i.e. Stripe, PayPal, Square, Authorize.net, etc...)

We don't offer email. For the best delivery rates and best spam protection, we recommend getting your email from our preferred provider, Google Workspace (formerly known as G Suite).
